I love offering specialized services for Seniors, Caregivers, and their families living through anxiety, depression, and grief. Grief can show up when you lose your spouse or lose your parent.
My fee is $125 per 50-minute session, and I am an Out of Network therapy practice, meaning I don’t accept insurance (but may be able to help you get reimbursed a portion of the fee!). See the FAQs about Counseling page.

After that, instead of we can schedule our phone consult at the best time for you. We’ll talk over the phone to see if we’re a good fit, and if we’re not, I am happy to direct you to other therapists, counselors, psychiatrists or psychologists, and other resources that I highly recommend.
TELEHEALTH COUNSELING is available in Missouri. My high quality services are available to you through our video office anywhere in Missouri. Telehealth can allow you to access counseling services without having to come into my office.
